I’m a business psychologist and certified coach with over a decade of international experience across the UK, Germany, and South Africa. My work centres on helping people lead with greater self-awareness, confidence, and clarity — particularly during times of transition, complexity, and change.
But my path here wasn’t linear.
I began my career in transformation consulting, working on large-scale change and culture programmes. Time and again, I saw ambitious strategies fail — not because of poor planning, but because the leadership needed to bring them to life wasn’t fully in place.
That realisation shaped a core belief: leadership is not a “nice-to-have.” It’s the bridge between potential and performance.
It also led me to study business psychology and train as a certified coach. Today, I combine the analytical depth of consulting with the psychological insight of coaching and leadership assessment to support leaders and organisations navigating change, making sound decisions, and strengthening leadership effectiveness.
Before starting my independent practice, I worked in transformation consulting and leadership advisory across complex organisational environments, including roles at Korn Ferry, EY, and KPMG. Across industries such as energy, finance, healthcare, and technology, I supported senior leaders through leadership transitions and partnered with organisations to strengthen leadership capability during periods of change and transformation.
I hold an MSc in Business Psychology from University College London (UCL), where I graduated in the top 5% of my class. I’m an ICF-accredited coach with additional training in systemic coaching and psychotherapy, and certifications in leadership assessment tools including HOGAN and DISC.
I’ve always been fascinated by people — how they grow, navigate uncertainty, and respond to challenge. What continues to drive my work is the opportunity to help individuals better understand themselves: their strengths, motivations, patterns, and potential, especially during moments of transition and change.
Over the years, working across different cultures, industries, and organisational environments has shown me that leadership is never one-size-fits-all. Every person and every organisation brings its own context, dynamics, and pressures.
That’s why I care deeply about creating thoughtful, grounded spaces for reflection, honest conversation, and meaningful development — helping people navigate complexity with greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness, while enabling organisations to make stronger leadership and talent decisions.
